This scan is perfect for expecting parents wanting to capture Bub in more detail before Bub arrives! Beautiful moments are captured in HD Real View, along with 2D/3D images to take home and cherish forever. This is our most popular scan for the later gestations. We recommend this scan at 28-30weeks if your placenta is Anterior (front) and 30-32weeks if your placenta is Posterior (back)

(gender can only be determined if bub cooperates....as bub gets bigger it gets trickier........gender is better to determine at 15-19weeks)

Pregnancy Massage

Available for bookings on Mondays and Sundays only

From 12weeks gestation and onwards.

Your experience includes:

I attend to the problem areas specified by each individual and tailor your treatment specifically to what you need and what you desire.

This is a 60-minute appointment that entails a full body massage using Swedish techniques while also giving a little more attention to your problem areas, whether that’s lower back, neck, shoulder pain, and more.

You will also be required to fill in a pre-screening questionnaire prior to your massage, to ensure I have all the information needed to give you the best results within your session, which we will also discuss on the day of your appointment.

I always endeavour to make Mum feel as comfortable as she can during the massage. I use the side-lying position primarily but am willing to discuss with each client individually what works best for them to ensure maximum comfort.

Remedial Massage

MONDAYS and SUNDAYS ONLY

Your experience includes:

1 hour - $100

Remedial massage is a hands-on therapy which aims to treat muscles that are damaged, tense, knotted or immobile, in order to relieve pain, prevent injuries or used for the management of injuries.
This treatment is used to identify and repair damaged areas of the body, whilst aiding the body’s own healing process.
Depending on the desired outcome or an injury, the pressure can be of deep intensity, or it can be softer and shallower.
The massage can include:
- Deep tissue massage
- Trigger point therapy
- Stretch therapy and
- Joint mobilisation techniques

which will be determined by a pre-massage screening to ensure individualisation of each treatment program and maximum benefits post-massage.

Postnatal Massage

MONDAYS and SUNDAYS ONLY

Your experience includes:

1 hour · $100

Postpartum massage can be as important and beneficial as massage during pregnancy. As we all know, caring for the mother is caring for the baby- If your cup is full, you are better able to nourish and cherish your little person.
Massage is well known for relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, and other health benefits, while postnatal massage also offers these benefits they are also used to assist in hormone regulation, reduced swelling, better sleep, and improved breastfeeding.

As a general rule, following a vaginal delivery, you can receive massage as soon as you feel comfortable and would like to. Following a caesarean delivery, the standard recommendation is 4-6 weeks; after which point your incision will have healed and you will feel comfortable lying face down on the table.

I aim to make each mother feel as comfortable as possible during the massage, and you are more than welcome to bring you little one along or bring someone with you to keep them settled while you have your own time, but close enough to feed or tend to if need be.
